Can I request samples before ordering?
Yes. Samples are free. The buyer prepays freight, and the approved freight amount can be credited against a later formal order under the confirmed sample policy.
Do you support OEM or private-label packing?
Options may include color, logo, labeling, carton marks and packing configuration. Feasibility, MOQ, lead time and cost are confirmed separately.
Can you provide food-contact or test documents?
Document availability and scope are checked against the selected product and destination market.
How do I receive a quotation?
Send the product family or SKU, quantity, destination and customization or documentation requirements.
