Identify the product reference and component arrangement. Ask whether the lid is included or quoted separately. Include the component materials and relevant use requirements.
Separate packing from ordering conditions
A case pack describes what is packed. A minimum order describes the ordering condition. Confirm the number of pieces or sets in a carton and the model or agreed order unit to which the minimum order applies.
Do not infer one field from another
A quantity printed in a catalogue should not automatically become the order minimum. A base-only price should not be treated as a set price. Where a detail is missing, list it as a question.
Include the destination and timing requirement
These help define the quotation discussion. Shipment assumptions and included charges should be made explicit rather than presumed.
